CAT V flange ER collet chuck in CAT40 and CAT50, six ER sizes from ER16 to ER50, ground to ≤0.005mm (≤0.0002") runout. Gage lengths are offered at 2.76", 3.15", 4", 6" and 8" — the dimension US shops quote when they order — across 36 models. Built to ANSI B5.50, the V flange steep taper standard for CAT tool holders, from 20CrMnTi alloy steel vacuum quenched to HRC 56-58 and balanced for high-speed work. Any standard ER collet fits this holder. The nut ships with it; collets, wrench and pull stud are ordered separately.
