BT30, BT40, BT50 and BT60 pull studs to MAS 403-1975, in 45, 60 and 90 degree knob angles, threaded M12, M16, M24 and M30. Thread follows the taper, and it is the first thing to check: a retention knob has to match the drawbar on head angle and thread, not just on taper number. Fig.1 models are solid; the /T models are bored straight down the middle for coolant through the spindle, 3mm at BT30 out to 14mm at BT60. Pull studs are wear parts on a CNC machining center; ordering a replacement means matching the one you pulled out. Dimensions per model are in the chart below.
