GT precision modular vise, jaw widths 100 to 300mm, openings 100 to 800mm, clamping force 29.4 to 117.7kN. Modular workholding means the base and both jaws come off: one base stays on the table and the jaw set changes with the job; that is the system. It is also how the openings reach 800mm — the GT300G runs a 300mm jaw over 800mm of travel. Bodies are alloy steel, carburized and ground to HRC58-62, parallelism 0.005mm/100mm and squareness 0.005mm. Force runs 3,000kgf at the GT100 up to 12,000kgf, heavy-duty figures worth sizing on before jaw width. Built for CNC machining centers and milling machine tables; twenty sizes in the chart below.
