Order Processing
We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that processing times may be longer during peak seasons or for orders requiring special handling. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates
We offer several shipping options to meet your needs. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your order's weight, dimensions, and destination. Available shipping methods may include standard, expedited, and express services from trusted carriers.
Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the carriers and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by weather conditions, customs delays, and other factors beyond our control.
International Shipping, Customs, and Duties
We ship to customers worldwide. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and, if applicable, will be collected upon delivery. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on applicable fees.
While MACHALLY does its best to ensure timely shipping, we kindly remind customers that customs clearance may occasionally cause delays beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.
Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us at [email protected] with the subject "Order Cancellation" and include your full name and order number. If your order hasn't been packed or shipped yet, we'll do our best to stop it and issue a full refund.
Return Policy
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we're happy to help. You may return most items within 30 days of delivery, provided that they are:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging
- Eligible for resale
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply depending on the item's condition. We'll inform you before processing the return.
Non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Custom or specially manufactured items
- Items that are used, significantly worn, or damaged
- Products missing original packaging or documentation
- Opened consumable items (e.g., cutting tools, abrasives)
Failed Deliveries
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or refusal to accept the shipment, we may deduct the reshipping or return shipping costs from your refund.
We only accept returns for products purchased directly from www.machally.com.
Damaged or Lost Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We'll work with you on a replacement or refund.
If your package is lost in transit, we will offer a replacement or refund provided shipping insurance was purchased and the carrier confirms non-delivery within 60 days. Please notify us within 30 days of the expected delivery date.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are typically issued within 7-14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Processing time may vary depending on your payment method and bank.
