Air-cooled shrink fit machine, 15 kW, for holder bores Ø3 to Ø32 mm. It is a benchtop unit measuring 690 × 550 × 820 mm and weighing 90 kg, and it runs from an electrical supply alone — no chiller, no water circuit, nothing to plumb. That makes it a straightforward first shrink fit station, or a second one alongside an existing machine. Induction heating expands the holder bore, the tool is inserted, and as the holder cools it contracts uniformly around the tool shank — no collet, no nut, no wrench. Protective gloves and safety glasses are supplied, because the holder is hot when it comes off the machine.
