BT-PGER collet chuck holder in BT30, BT40 and BT50, clamping 3 to 20mm at ≤0.003mm runout. It is the high-torque member of our BT ER line — a power collet chuck that takes ordinary ER collets and holds them with about twice the clamping force. Four body sizes, PGER16 to PGER32, cover the 3 to 20mm band; below 3mm the plain BT-ER holder with an ER11M is the right call. Gage lengths run 60mm to 200mm across 48 models, with every BT50 size offered at five lengths from 75mm to 200mm. High-performance alloy steel, -195°C cryogenic treated, ground to the MAS 403 BT taper and balanced to 30,000 rpm for high-speed milling. The pull stud is ordered separately.
