What is your return policy?

Accepted Answer

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items, provided they are unused, in original condition and packaging, and eligible for resale. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply depending on the item's condition. Custom or specially manufactured items, used/damaged items, and opened consumable items cannot be returned.

How long does order processing and shipping take?

Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Processing times may be longer during peak seasons or for orders requiring special handling. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. We offer standard, expedited, and express shipping options from trusted carriers.

Do you ship internationally?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and, if applicable, will be collected upon delivery. While MACHALLY does its best to ensure timely shipping, we kindly remind customers that customs clearance may occasionally cause delays beyond our control.

Accepted Answer

We accept digital payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay), PayPal, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), and bank transfers (Telegraphic Transfer/TT). TT payment is exclusively available for verified B2B customers who have completed business registration verification and credit assessment.

What warranty do MACHALLY products have?

Accepted Answer

MACHALLY warrants that products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the period specified in product documentation. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, improper application, damage from accidents, modifications, unauthorized repairs, or products used beyond their specified parameters.
