What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items, provided they are unused, in original condition and packaging, and eligible for resale. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply depending on the item's condition. Custom or specially manufactured items, used/damaged items, and opened consumable items cannot be returned.

MACHALLY warrants that products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the period specified in product documentation.
