Precision sine vise body, QKG series — 13 sizes, jaw width 26 to 150mm, opening to 300mm, ground to 0.005mm/100mm parallelism. Every face is hardened to HRC58-62 and ground square to 0.005mm, so the vise reads the same standing on its base, on its side or on its end. Its uses are the ones a plain milling vise cannot cover: holding a part to a set angle over a surface grinder, an EDM table or an inspection plate, where the setup has to be repeatable rather than merely tight. This is the vise body — the sine base and the gauge blocks that set the angle are not part of it. Sizes run from the 0.5kg QKG25 to the 24kg QKG150B.
