HSK APU drill chuck holder in HSK40A, HSK50A, HSK63A and HSK100A shanks with integral APU08, APU13 and APU16 keyless chucks, 0.05mm runout. The chuck is machined into the holder rather than bolted onto an arbor, so there is no joint to align and nothing to re-indicate after a tool change. The model code is the capacity: APU08 takes up to 8mm, APU13 up to 13mm, APU16 up to 16mm. Projection is 120, 150 or 160mm and overall length 152 to 222mm; HSK50A and HSK63A carry all three chuck sizes, HSK40A only APU08 and HSK100A from APU13 up. The chuck is keyless and grips plain round shanks: drills and reamers, not side-cutting tools. The APU wrench is included. The nine combinations are in the chart below.
