Data Deletion Instructions
How to remove your personal data, including Facebook Login data, from our systems.
This page is provided in compliance with the Meta Platform Terms (Section 3.b) and the Meta Developer Policies, and supports your rights under the GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and other applicable privacy laws. It explains how to request deletion of your personal data from MACHALLY LLC, including data obtained via Facebook Login ("Platform Data").
If you signed in or registered using Facebook Login, you can remove the data we received from Meta (Facebook User ID, name, email, profile picture) using either of the following methods:
Method 1 — Revoke in Facebook (automatic)
- Log in to facebook.com and open your Apps and Websites settings page at https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=applications (on mobile: Accounts Center → Connected experiences → Apps and websites).
- Locate "MACHALLY" in the list of active apps and click "Remove" (or "View and edit" → "Remove app"), then confirm.
- Meta will send a deletion signal to our servers and we will delete your Platform Data within 30 days. Confirmation of completion is available on request — email [email protected] at any time to verify the status of your deletion request.
Method 2 — Email request (manual)
- Send an email to [email protected] from the email address linked to your MACHALLY account.
- Use the subject line: Delete my Facebook Login data.
- If we need additional information to verify your identity, we will reach out within 5 business days; verification will not extend the overall 30-day deadline.
- We will delete your Platform Data within 30 days of receiving the request and confirm completion in writing.
To delete your full MACHALLY account and all associated personal data (not only Facebook Login data), email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my account". We will process the request within 30 days. Please note that certain information — such as invoice records required for tax and accounting — must be retained for 7 years under applicable law; see our Privacy Policy, Section 10, for details.
- Account profile: name, email, username, password hash, avatar
- Facebook Login Platform Data: Facebook User ID, name, email, profile picture, access token
- Shipping and billing addresses (except as required on historical invoices)
- Communication history (support tickets, contact-form submissions)
- Analytics events linked to your account (PostHog)
The following data is retained as required by law and cannot be deleted on request:
- Tax invoices and order records — retained for 7 years (U.S. IRS, EU VAT, and similar tax law requirements).
- Fraud, security-incident, and abuse records — retained as necessary to exercise or defend legal claims.
- Records required by court order, subpoena, or regulatory obligation.
We will complete deletion requests within 30 days. For EEA and UK residents, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (or the ICO in the UK) if you believe we have not handled your request properly.
