DNMG1504 Turning Insert is a 55° rhombus shaped carbide insert offering the best profiling capability of all insert shapes. The sharp point angle provides excellent accessibility for complex contour and step face machining. Available in multiple nose radius options (0.4mm, 0.8mm, 1.2mm) for various surface finish requirements. TM chip breaker for versatile general medium machining, and CVD TiN+Al2O3 dual-tone coating (black top, gold sides) for excellent wear and heat resistance. Grade YT120S with tough 8-12% cobalt substrate ensures durability in 45# steel, Q235/A3, spring steel, mold steel, and cast steel (HRC40 and below).
