CCMT09T3 Turning Insert is an 80° rhombus shaped carbide insert with 7° positive rake angle for sharp, efficient cutting. Available in multiple nose radius options (0.4mm, 0.8mm) for various surface finish requirements, ideal for finish turning and internal boring operations. HMP chip breaker provides versatile performance for general medium machining. CVD TiN+Al2O3 dual-tone coating (black top, gold sides) delivers excellent wear and heat resistance. Grade YT120S with tough 8-12% cobalt substrate ensures durability in 45# steel, Q235/A3, spring steel, mold steel, and cast steel (HRC40 and below).
